Upcoming in April: Housing Webinar & Finalising your enrolment

We hope this email finds you well! In April, the Housing Webinar will take place; attending this webinar is highly recommended. During the webinar, we will explain the procedure and timeline of selecting and paying for your room. For those who can't be present, please register as it will be recorded and sent in a follow-up email. Also, don't forget to finalise your enrolment in Studielink by 1 May.

Housing selection for early-bird applicants will take place in May for which you will automatically receive an invitation closer to the date. During the webinar on 23 April, our housing coordinator will be discussing how the selection procedure works, the types of rooms available and the timeline for moving in. Join this webinar and keep an eye on your email for the exact dates and times of the selection. You will also receive an email in advance announcing the dates for selecting housing along with specific instructions in early May. Please note that this session will be recorded and sent to you afterwards.

Reminder: Finalise your enrolment by 1 May

Don't forget that you must finalise your enrolment in Studielink before 1 May! You should have received an email from our Admissions Office informing you of how to do this. All incoming students will first be registered at (and pay tuition to) the University of Amsterdam. If you didn't receive this email or you're unsure about how to proceed, please send an email to servicedesk@auc.nl. Please note that the sooner you complete this step, the better!

On the Accepted Students page, you can find more information about the housing procedure, including a preliminary timeline, practical dates to keep in mind and what actions you'll need to take in the coming weeks. This will be discussed in detail during the housing webinar on 23 April. One of the most important things to keep in mind is that you must sign your housing contract, upload the necessary documents for housing, and pay the first month's rent by 31 May. Again, you will receive more information (and reminders) throughout May, but it's good to already set this date in your agenda.

Campus Visits & Social Kick-offs on 16 & 22 May

If you haven't had a chance to visit the AUC campus yet, here it is! We'll be hosting Campus Visits and Social Kick-offs on 16 May and 22 May where you can connect with fellow accepted students, explore the academic building and visit the student residences to see where you'll be living first-hand. If you're in the area, this is a good chance to meet your classmates and get a preview of your new home. This event is optional and you won't miss any necessary information if you can't attend. You can use the form to sign up for either 16 or 22 May (both dates have the same programme).
