Sylwia Kałaska, graduate of the master track 'EU Competition Law and Regulation' has won the 3^rd prize in a thesis competition organised by the Stichting Ontwikkelingen Mededingingsrecht. Her thesis entitled 'Equivalence of rights of defence in competition proceedings before the Commission and the Polish Competition Authority' was supervisd by ACELG researcher Laurens Ankersmit.

Alexandros Ntallas, also a recent graduate of the master track 'EU Competition Law and Regulation,' was invited to present his master thesis entitled 'Failing Firm Defence under EU Merger Control: a legal concept or a political feasibility?' at the second 'ACM Master Thesis Day' organised by the Netherlands Authority for Consumers & Markets. His thesis was supervised by ACELG researcher Kati Cseres.
